EixodSMM Terms of Service

EixodSMM may update or revise these terms at its discretion. The latest published version replaces previous versions and becomes effective when published.

If you keep using the platform after a revision, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. Users should review this page periodically.

EixodSMM provides tools and services related to social-media promotion and account growth workflows.

Users may not intentionally exploit system errors, credits, processing behavior, speed controls or any technical flaw outside the normal purchase and platform workflow.

Cancellation or refund requests may not be available for orders that are already processing or completed, depending on the applicable service description.

Users are responsible for keeping purchase volumes reasonable for the target account. High-volume activity can trigger restrictions by third-party platforms, and EixodSMM does not guarantee protection against account limitations, removals or bans imposed by those platforms.

The platform uses automated processes. Spam, unlawful activity and any use that violates applicable rules or laws are discouraged and may result in restrictions.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of every social network you use and with any law that applies to you. Use of EixodSMM is at your own risk.

EixodSMM may provide documentation, guidance and support to help users understand correct usage, but the user remains responsible for the way purchased services are applied.

The target profile or content should remain public when required by the selected service.

Third-party social platforms change their systems frequently. Followers, views or other delivered activity may be removed or accounts may be restricted. These platform-side actions are outside EixodSMM's control.

Do not place a second order for the same link while a previous order for that link is still active, unless the service instructions explicitly allow it.

EixodSMM does not guarantee protection against account suspension or against losses caused by removals performed by the target social network.

Where a service is delivered only partially, the system may return the unused amount according to the order result and service rules.

Orders involving bot-based services may experience removals, and long-term retention may not be guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the service description.

Order start times can vary according to service conditions, queue volume and system load. In some cases, initiation may take up to 72 hours.

Always read the service description, quantity limits and specific instructions before submitting an order.

If an order is completed against a private account or inaccessible target, a refund may not be available.

Orders may not be used for illegal gambling, prohibited adult content or other categories that violate platform rules or applicable law.

Do not change, hide or replace the target account, post, link or identifier while the order is active, and avoid ordering the same target from another provider until completion.

Balance deposited into the platform is generally not refundable. If a separately agreed service becomes unavailable and is removed, a refund may be issued according to the specific agreement or service condition.

If these conditions are not acceptable to you, do not access or use EixodSMM.

Service, account and informational messages may be sent using contact details provided by the user, subject to applicable communication rules and user preferences where available.

Submitting registration information and using the platform indicates acceptance of the applicable terms presented on these pages.

EixodSMM may modify, reorganize, suspend or discontinue services, products, information or platform features without prior notice when necessary.

Users should review the Terms of Service and cancellation/refund rules regularly, as changes become effective when published.

Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration data, or information that violates applicable law, may lead to suspension or termination of platform access.

Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for activity performed through their account. Using another person's private information without authorization is prohibited.

Software, scripts or actions intended to compromise security, disrupt the platform, overload systems, delete information or manipulate data are prohibited.

The platform's original branding, software, written material, graphics, interface elements, technical content and other protected materials are owned by EixodSMM or used under authorization where applicable. Unauthorized copying, republication, modification, distribution or reuse is prohibited.

Feedback, testimonials or reviews voluntarily submitted to EixodSMM may be used for marketing or promotional purposes where permitted by law and by the applicable submission terms.

Operational information such as access time, session duration and pages viewed may be processed for security, support and service-improvement purposes, subject to applicable privacy rules.

Users may not interfere with other users' access, overload servers or databases, use prohibited automation to disrupt the platform, or attempt fraud. Confirmed abuse may result in account termination and other applicable measures.

Users should keep copies of important support communications. EixodSMM cannot guarantee preservation of every message where records are deleted, lost or otherwise unavailable.

Account closure may be requested through support. Closing an account can be irreversible, and records may be retained or deleted according to platform, legal and operational requirements.

External links may lead to third-party websites outside EixodSMM's control. EixodSMM is not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those external destinations.

Different sections of the platform may contain additional rules. By using those sections, users are expected to follow the specific conditions displayed there.

Users are responsible for losses, penalties or third-party claims caused by their own breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

EixodSMM may modify these terms or change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service when necessary for operational, legal or business reasons. Updated terms become effective when published.

The user is considered bound by these terms from the moment registration is completed or any service is used. The agreement may end when the account is closed or when a termination condition described in these terms occurs.
